Sri Lankan civil war deaths 'must be investigated'

The 25 year-long civil war in Sri Lanka between the governing Sinhalese and the rebellious Tamils was particularly bloody, and a new report for the United Nations has said that there are credible allegations of war crimes on both sides.

Gordon Weiss, author and UN spokesman, who was in Sri Lanka in the last three years of the war, talks about the legacy of violence there.
