Salmond dismisses Tory 'arrangement'

The SNP leader Alex Salmond has dismissed the idea of any 'arrangement' between his party and the Conservatives following the upcoming Scottish Parliament election.

He told Today presenter James Naughtie that "the essence of minority government" did not necessarily mean any electoral pacts, but rested on "an appeal for support vote-by-vote across the chamber.
