1951 Festival 'made Britain shine'


The Festival of Britain was designed to bring joy and lift the spirits in a time of austerity, something that certainly resonates today.

Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway, who set up the fashion label Red or Dead several recessions ago in the early 1980s, discuss how creativity can flourish in a period of hardship.
