'Cheaper' to keep addicts on incapacity benefit

More than 80,000 people in the UK are claiming incapacity benefit because they are too fat or too dependant on alcohol or drugs to work.

Chief executive of Alcohol Concern, Don Shenker, considers what could be done to help them back to work.
