Libya 'stalemate cannot continue'


President Obama has said there is a military stalemate on the ground in Libya.

Colonel Gaddafi's forces are said to have been using cluster bombs on the city of Misrata and the rebels seem powerless to do anything.

Former Chief of the General Staff Lord Dannatt examines the extent of the stalemate in Libya.
