Council cuts 'affecting adult social care'

More than one-in-eight councils will have to reduce the number of people qualifying for free adult social care following cuts in government funding for local authorities.

That is according to research by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services.

The BBC's Mike Thomson reports on concerns about the changes.
