'Great tragedy unfolding' in Misrata

Doctors in the besieged city of Misrata in western Libya have said they are running out of drugs, beds and staff, as they treat the growing number of civilians targeted by Colonel Gaddafi's forces.

BBC correspondent Orla Guerin reports from the hospital which is totally "overwhelmed."
