Fukushima radiation exposure 'may increase'

The Japanese Science Ministry says radiation levels in the seawater off the coast of the Fukushima nuclear plant are the highest since they began monitoring them three weeks ago.

Tasujiro Suzuki, vice chairman of the Japanese Atomic Energy Commission, explains the threat.
