'Terrible scenes' in Ivory Coast city


The UN believes there has been a gross violation of human rights in the western city of Duekoue, Ivory Coast, although it is not clear which side committed the atrocities.

The head of the UN Office for Humanitarian Affairs Lady Amos is in the city, and says thousands of people have fled to neighbouring countries, or tried to find a safe place to shelter.
