'More flexible approach' to NHS changes?

The prime minister and his deputy are expected to make a concerted drive to promote NHS changes this week, while also introducing a raft of amendments to the Health and Social Care Bill.

The BBC's health correspondent Adam Brimelow looks at what changes may be made.

Conservative MP Nick De Bois and Evan Harris, former MP and vice chairman for the Liberal Democrats' National Policy Committee, debate the best way to get support for the changes.
