Fukushima 'could have been a lot worse'

Radiation levels at the Fukushima nuclear power plant damaged by the Japanese earthquake and tsunami are now believed to be the highest there so far. The warning comes from Najmedin Meshkati, an expert at the University of Southern California. Graham Andrew, senior adviser on scientific matters to the IAEA's director general, analyses what can be done to control the radiation.
