Peston: Portugal 'owes a colossal amount'

EU leaders are dealing with a new eurozone threat after Portugal's parliament rejected an austerity budget, resulting in prime minister Jose Socrates' resignation. They are discussing a comprehensive package of measures, including a permanent bailout fund from 2013 for the eurozone countries, designed to protect the future stability of the euro.
