Children 'suffering the most' in Japan

As snow falls in northern Japan and reports estimate 4,300 dead and more than 8,600 are still unaccounted for, the rescue efforts continue.

Stephen McDonald, who is leading one of Save the Children's emergency response teams, describes the situation around the city of Sendai.
