Health groups 'miss point' on drink plan

The government's Alcohol Responsibility Plan which is launched tomorrow has come under attack from six leading health organisations. Dr Vivienne Nathanson of the British Medical Association, and Health Secretary Andrew Lansley, debate the proposals.
