'Staged accidents' pushing up car insurance

Car insurance premiums have been rocketing due to fraud, according to MPs on the Commons Transport Select Committee.

They have been told by police that there are as many as 30,000 staged accidents a year.

Labour MP Louise Ellman and Nick Starling, director of General Insurance, debate the issue.
