Guantanamo decision 'not surprising'

US President Barack Obama is lifting the two-year freeze on new military trials for detainees at the Guantanamo Bay prison.

Dennis Kucinich, a Democratic Congressman, outlines the thinking behind the move and Charles Stimson, a former Deputy Assistant Defence Secretary explains why he agrees with Obama's decision.
