Police 'angry and upset' at cuts

Police chiefs are predicting 28,000 job losses within the force in England and Wales over the next four years, as a result of government cuts as former rail regulator Tom Winsor publishes his review of police pay.

Paul McKeevor, chairman of the Police Federation of England and Wales, discusses the implications of the job losses.
