Republican White House hopefuls tease

The former Republican speaker of the US House of Representatives Newt Gingrich has announced that he is setting up a website to see whether he should stand as his party's candidate in next year's presidential election. The BBC's Mark Mardell reports on why GOP candidates are so slow to get out of the blocks.
