'UKIP could overtake the Lib Dems'


The UK Independence Party (UKIP) begin their spring conference today which is perfect timing as they bask in the glory of Thursday's Barnsley by-election.

UKIP came second and the Lib Dems came sixth. Their leader Nigel Farage describes the significance of the result.
