'Women cause less car accidents'

The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg today has been asked to rule on whether charging women lower car insurance premiums than men breaches rules on sex discrimination. Simon Douglas, director of AA Insurance, examines the ruling and its potential impact on premiums.
