Wales set for referendum poll

Voters in Wales will go to the polls on Thursday to decide whether to give direct lawmaking powers to the Welsh Assembly. The last referendum in Wales was held in 1997 when a narrow Yes vote created the Assembly. Our Wales political editor, Betsan Powys, charts the progress of devolution since 1997.
