Ireland to renegotiate bailout loans

Enda Kenny of the Fine Gael's party in Ireland, will start trying to form a coalition government today. He has said that one of his priorities will be to try to renegotiate Ireland's 80bn euro bailout from the IMF and European Union. Arthur Beesley, European correspondent for the Irish Times and the German MEP Elmar Brok, from Angela Merkel's Christian Democratic Party, discuss Ireland's chances of renegotiating its bailout.
