'Surreal atmosphere' in Libya

Foreign ministers will meet in Geneva today to discuss what to do about Libya. The UN says tens of thousands of mainly Egyptians have been fleeing the unrest and are now stranded near Libya's border with Tunisia.

The US is publicly backing anti-Gaddafi groups in eastern Libya.
