Will longer ad breaks be irritating?

Terrestrial TV channels will be allowed to have longer advert breaks - of up to 12 minutes per hour - in films and single episode dramas.

Screenwriter Andrew Davies and Graham Hinton, chairman of advertisers Splash-London, discuss the move.
