The Department of Health is warning that the risk of bowel cancer increases with eating red meat and recommends people eat only 70g a day.

Maureen Strong of English Beef and Lamb Executive and Dr Alison Tedstone, head of nutrition science at the Department of Health, discuss the health risks of eating too much red meat.
