Tony Nicklinson: 'I have no dignity'

New research from the BMJ suggests that many people with "locked-in" syndrome are happy.

Tony Nicklinson, who is living with the condition, and his wife Jane, spoke to reporter Zubeida Malik about the quality of his life.
