RBS 'has turned a corner'

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) have released their results for last year, reporting an attributable loss of £1.125bn.

RBS chief executive Stephen Hester discusses the fortunes of the bank, which is 84% owned by the UK taxpayer.
