Court 'has to look at mother's best interests'

The Court of Protection is to decide whether a mentally unstable pregnant woman should be sterilised to prevent her becoming pregnant again.

Prof Wayne Martin, the head of philosophy at Essex University, and Mencap's David Congdon, discuss the ethical implications of such a decision.
