'We need to make the cuts' to council funding

More than 80 prominent Liberal Democrat councillors - including the leaders of 17 local authorities - have criticised the scale and pace of the cuts being implemented by the coalition government.

Andrew Stunnell, Liberal Democrat minister at the Department for Communities and Local Government, discusses if the cuts are being inappropriately "front-loaded".
