'Everybody has options' over Gulf compensation


Communities in the Gulf of Mexico are upset over the fund set up by BP to compensate people who have lost their livelihoods during the oil spill last year.

Lawyer Ken Feinberg, who administers the $20bn fund, discusses whether the fund is being managed transparently.
