Teacher anonymity 'impossible to enforce'

Teachers will be able to remain anonymous when allegations are put against them, until actually charged with an offence, under new powers to be announced today.

Margaret Morrissey, who runs the ParentsOutloud website, discusses the impact of the new powers.
