Bank bonus plan 'won't diffuse situation'

Bob Diamond, the head of Barclays, will today announce a new way of paying bonuses, which is thought will be accepted by not only other banks but by their critics as well. Peter Hahn of the Cass Business School and the BBC's business editor Robert Peston discuss Mr Diamond's plan.
