Naomi Campbell privacy case highlights 'no win, no fee'

The European Court of Human Rights will give its judgment today on what has been seen as a landmark case for privacy laws in this country, concerning a 2001 Daily Mirror story about the model Naomi Campbell.

Guy Martin, a partner with the law firm Carter Ruck and Professor Roy Greenslade of City University, discuss the possible effects of the judgement.
