Drink price proposal 'will have modest effect'

The government's proposing to change the way alcohol is sold, setting minimum prices in England and Wales to make the cheap beer and spirits we currently see in our shops more expensive. The plans do not go as far as many medical experts want.

Petra Meier, professor of public health at Sheffield University, outlines her concerns.
