Cameron: 'No quiet life option' for NHS

David Cameron has defended the fundamental changes to the way the NHS is run, saying that things could not "carry on as they are".

Speaking to Today presenter John Humphrys, the prime minister said there was "so little incentive in the NHS" that there would be a "crunch" in the system in a couple of years' time if the system continued unchanged.
