Clarke warned of 'thinly stretched' prison

It has emerged that prison authorities warned the Justice Secretary Ken Clarke about Ford Open Prison prior to the recent rioting.

Charles Pinney, chairman of the local Independent Monitoring Board, explains the concerns that were raised.
