Meteorite strikes 'good for life on Earth'

We should stop worrying about being wiped out by meteorite strikes, and instead praise them for what they do to develop life on earth, according to a new book.

Dr Ted Nield, author of Incoming: Or Why We Should Stop Worrying and Learn to Love the Meteorite, explains what the occasional impact has done for the earth.
