Should soldiers be able to sign up at 16?

A number of campaign groups are calling for the government to stop 16-year-olds being able to sign up to the army.

Rachel Taylor from the Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers and Colonel Richard Kemp debate whether the current system is fair on young soldiers.
