Murphy handling of NI Water 'a shambles'

A hundred homes in Northern Ireland are still without water, and many are only receiving a limited supply.

SDLP MP for south Belfast Alasdair McDonnell considers reports that the chief executive of Northern Ireland Water, Laurence McKenzie, is about to step down.
