Gbagbo situation 'misinterpreted'

In Ivory Coast, a deputation of African leaders appears to have failed to persuade incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo to step aside.

Ohoupa Sessegnon, spokesman for Mr Gbagbo's Popular Front party, explains why the leader is refusing to step down.
