Opec 'won't increase supply' to ease oil prices

As Opec oil ministers meet in Ecuador today, oil prices are almost $90 a barrel and petrol is £1.22 a litre. Commodities editor of the Economist Intelligence Unit Caroline Bain discusses whether they will open their oil taps to help cash-strapped consumers.
