Tackling child poverty 'crucial'

A new report for the government on child poverty says the best way to help the poorest children is to invest very early on into education.

Reporter Stephanie Power talked to parents at a primary school in one of the poorer areas of Liverpool.

And The Guardian columnist Polly Toynbee examines the report's recommendations.
