Mumbai victim 'fobbed off'

Many British victims of terrorist attacks abroad have been left without government help because of a loophole in Britain's compensation law that excludes citizens who are injured by terrorists in a foreign country.

Justin Webb talked to William Pike, the victim of the Mumbai massacre.
