Immigration cap 'good news for Britain'

The Home Secretary will set the immigration cap on skilled workers coming to Britain from outside Europe at 43,000 a year and give details on how it should be achieved.

David Frost, of the British Chambers of Commerce, and Sir Andrew Green, of Migration Watch, discuss the impact of the cap on UK's businesses.
