GCSE reform 'not ideal for youngsters'

The Education Secretary Michael Gove plans to get rid of assessment throughout GCSE courses and put much more emphasis on the exams taken at the end.

Professor Alan Smithers of the University of Buckingham and Chris Howard, of the National Association of Head Teachers, discuss the best ways of assessing children's education.
