Public services 'must get it right the first time'

Public services must do more to reduce the number of successful appeals against decisions made by officials, according to the Chair of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.

Richard Thomas explains his call for that public services to do more to save taxpayers' money by getting things right in the first place.
