An urgent review of security on cargo flights has begun, after explosives were found at East Midlands airport on a plane en route from Yemen to the United States. A second package - also containing explosives - was found in Dubai. President Obama said the parcels were a credible terrorist threat. The former Home Secretary, Lord Reid, said the discoveries were a reminder of the dangers which still existed, telling Today presenter Justin Webb that people must "sustain vigilance" in the face of security threats.
