A art installation features a room full of MPs' heads impaled on spikes. At first view, it sends out a pretty obvious message, perhaps about the expenses scandal. But all is not what it seems. 150 MPs stood down at this year's general election - an unprecedented number - and the artist thought something should be done to honour them.
