'Gap' in anti-terror training

Whitehall security chiefs have ordered an acceleration in police training to prepare for any future 'Mumbai-style' gun attack in a crowded public place.

Recent intelligence reports have warned that jihadist militants were planning to replicate the Mumbai attacks of two years ago in which 166 people died. Our security correspondent Frank Gardner explains.
