'BBC should contribute to spending cuts'

The BBC will be ordered to pick the cost of free TV licences for people who are over 75, according to reports.

Chairman of the Culture Select Committee, John Whittingdale and Steve Hewlett, presenter of R4's Media Show, discuss the BBC's argument that this move would not be justified.
